The intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine on meningeal nuclear factor expression of rats suffering from migraine

Summary of the abstract

This animal experiment was made to probe into the mechanism by which traditional Chinese medicine interferes with the meningeal nuclear factor of rats suffering from migraine.

It was shown that the level of NF-kB was decreased 4 hours after administration of the traditional medicine.

This finding could serve as a theoretical basis for developing traditional Chinese medicine, which takes the NF-kB as the target point and key to clinical treatment of migraine.
