Endotoxin shock represents an extreme in whole body inflammation. The ability of the citrus flavonoid hesperidin to suppress endotoxin induced shock suggests that it is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent. The fact that it’s found in abundance in lemons suggests that it’s safe.
